Here what to do in simple steps:
Mix a tablespoon of baking soda with around 3-5 drops of hydrogen peroxide and add water to form a paste.
Add all these (the above) together thoroughly to form a paste.
Using a slightly damp toothbrush to pick the paste, apply this on the teeth making sure all is covered.
